Our Breathwork Teacher Training method is strongly focused on the science of breathwork, aiming to transform the brain and train both body and mind for longevity, improved sleep, enhanced focus, reduced stress and anxiety, better sports performance, and techniques for entering deep meditative states for healing and release. We integrate contemporary practices and sound elements with techniques for regulating the nervous system. This approach is designed to balance the body and mind, fostering a profound inner connection, which is central to our training philosophy. Breathwork is movement. Breathwork is meditation. These dual aspects emphasizing both physical motion and meditative stillness, are integral components of the training regimen.

Our commitment is to maintain a small, intimate group for this training, ensuring that each participant receives ample individualized support and guidance. We limit the enrollment to just 20 individuals.

Welcome and Outline Live Group Call via Zoom on September 15, 2024, from 7:00 to 8:30 PM CET.
Ahead of our training, we'll engage in a 6-month breathing protocol (self-study) with individual support & coaching throughout the Teacher Training Program
The training will take place from March 3 to March 9, 2025 at Haus Lindenbühl.

He has dedicated almost a decade to studying with leading figures in the emerging field of breathing, reflecting a deep commitment to the craft. Matthias is also an entrepreneur with a background in coaching key figures within TV/entertainment.

Dr. Sebastian Dietsche, a specialist in Internal Medicine, works and conducts research at the University Hospital Basel (CH). Since 2023, at the Dept. of Psychosomatic Medicine, University Hospital Basel, the focus has been on functional somatic symptoms with training in Psychosomatic Medicine (SAPPM). There is ongoing research on Somatic Symptom Disorder. Great interest in interactions between body and mind with a neurobiological and biopsychosocial approach.

Dylan Werner is one of the world's leading yoga and breathwork instructors, as well as an author. His extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology, combined with a deep understanding of Eastern philosophy, lends a unique perspective to his teachings. A former U.S. Marine and Iraq War veteran who then served as a city firefighter/paramedic, Dylan left his career to pursue a life of mindfulness. He dedicates himself to helping others on their journey towards a more peaceful, harmonious life. Dylan is also the author of the book on breathing, 'The Illuminated Breath’.
